We want you to be happy with your purchase — and if something doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, we'll do our best to make the return or exchange process simple.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days as long as they are unworn and in their original condition.

Please fill out our Return & Exchange Form and include it in the box with your return. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake with your order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or want to exchange your item for another style? No problem.

​Simply send the original item back to us in unworn, original condition along with our Return & Exchange Form.

You'll be responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We'll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item back to you.

Please include all necessary information on the Return & Exchange Form. This will help us to get your replacement out quickly so you can get back in a proper hat!

Where do I send my hat?

This information is on the return and exchange form. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A HAT WITHOUT A FORM. WE WILL NOT KNOW WHO OR WHERE TO ISSUE A REFUND.

We recommend keeping your tracking information until your return or exchange has been completed.

Returns and exchanges can also be handled in person at our Ellicott City shop during regular store hours.
